The Parallèle Olive trio set includes:

the paring knife (8 cm blade)
the carving knife (16 cm blade)
the chef knife (20 cm blade)

They feature a Italian olive wood handle for comfort and elegance. The blades are made of stainless steel with an excellent cutting edge.

Handle:
The mythical tree of the Mediterranean ! This hard wood has a yellow to orange appearance and has a dense and often tortuous veining. Soft to the touch it has a nice polish. The handle is varnished to protect it from moisture and dirt.
