Refund policy
Giftwrap Shop’s return policy is determined at their sole discretion and generally does not accept returned products. If a return is accepted, the following conditions apply: Claims must be made within seven days of receipt of goods; branded goods are non-returnable, and Giftwrap is not responsible for the quality or correctness of the artwork. Goods are non-refundable if instructions were not followed, and returns are not accepted on imported or custom-manufactured items. Unbranded stock returns will incur a 30% handling fee, and all transportation costs for returned goods are the responsibility of the client.
