Brand your products: If you want to brand your products, we can help! Just select the "unbranded" option (where available) and then choose the branding option you want. Each option has its own cost and includes a setup fee, but we're sure you'll find one that fits your budget. Once you've decided, upload your logo or artwork and we'll take care of the rest.

Pay: When you're happy with your products and branding, it's time to pay. Just enter your shipping information and select a shipping method. Review your order and payment information, and then pay. We also allow the option to use Payflex and Pay for it over 6 weeks, in 4 interest-free payments.


Delivery: We'll get your order shipped out as soon as possible! You'll receive updates on your order via WhatsApp, so you'll always know where it is. A tracking number will also be sent so you can track your order through our delivery service providers.

Branding

There are Five branding options available, excluding the unbranded option.
They are:

1 color pad print, 1 position - This is a great option for simple logos or text. A pad printer uses a flexible, silicone pad to transfer ink onto a product. This process is relatively inexpensive and quick, making it a good choice for low-cost, high-volume branding. It is also a good option for products that will be used in a low-wear environment, such as pens or T-shirts.

1 color screen print, 1 position - This option is similar to pad printing, but it uses a screen printing process. This process results in a more durable print, but it's also more expensive. Screen printing uses a stencil to apply ink to a product. This process is more time -consuming than pad printing, but it results in a more durable print that is less likely to fade or peel. It is a good option for products that will be used in a high-wear environment, such as bags or hats.

Full color print, 1 position - This option is perfect for products that need a more complex or colorful logo or design. A full color print uses CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, and black) inks to create a wide range of colors. This process is the most expensive option, but it's also the most durable. It is a good option for products that will be used in a high-wear environment and that need a complex or colorful logo or design.

Laser engraving, 1 position - This option is a great way to add a permanent and high-quality logo or design to your product. A laser engraver uses a laser beam to etch a logo or design into a product. This process is relatively inexpensive and results in a permanent, high-quality print. It is a good option for products that will be used in a high-wear environment and that need a permanent logo or design.

Embroidery, 1 position up to 8000 stitches - This option is a great way to add a personalized and high-quality logo or design to your product. Embroidery uses thread to create a logo or design on a product. This process is more expensive than the other options, but it results in a high-quality, personalized logo or design that is durable and long-lasting. It is a good option for products that need a personalized logo or design, such as uniforms or gifts.

The setup fee is the cost to set up a machine with a custom screen, plate, mold, ink, etc. to print the artwork you have ordered.
This is a one time fee of R290.00 charged per logo/artwork, per order. This means every time a logo/artwork changes or a new order is placed, a new set-up fee is charged.

Orders

During the payment process there is an option to receive order updates on whatsapp ( Make sure tick box is selected). If you have entered a valid number, you will be notified of updates on whatsapp. Updates are also sent to the client via email.

Just Brand will provide an estimate date upon which the products will be ready once order has been confirmed. However.

Economy Service - Economy service orders will be delivered within 6 to 7 business days, subject to the following conditions:

• All artwork has been approved by the Client and Just Brand has confirmed receiving said approval in writing.

• The 6 to 7 business days time period for delivery of products starts once Just Brand has confirmed that payment has been made and the Client has approved of the artwork.

• The 6 to 7 business days time period refers to business days. Business days includes Monday to Friday but excludes public holiday and weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

Return Policy

Subject to the conditions, Just Brand determines that they will not accept returned products. Any acceptance of returned products is at the sole and absolute discretion of Just Brand, and subject to the following conditions:

• No claims will be recognised and/or accepted if made later than seven (7) days after receipt of the goods in writing by the Client.

• Just Brand will under no circumstances accept branded goods, nor be responsible for the quality and correctness of the artwork.

• Goods will not be deemed refundable if instructions have not been followed.

• All returns on unbranded stock will be subject to a 30% handling fee.

• All costs resulting from transport of returned goods will be for the account of the Client.

What payment options are available?

The payments options available are:

Payflex - After you click pay now you are taken to the payflex website to complete your safe and secure transaction. Payflex gives you the option to pay now or pay later.

Bank Deposit - Payment can be made by internet banking (EFT) or direct deposit. Your order will be placed 'on hold' for a maximum of 24 hours and can only be processed once we have received your proof of payment.

Delivery & pick up

Eliminate shipping fees and get your order in 2-4 days by picking it up at our offices in Meiring Naude Street, Pretoria, Gauteng.
